Downside is that it’s only available on Apple products and it does have a little bit of a learning curve involved. Todoist is an awesome collaboration tool for setting and completing short to mid term goals. It uses the Apple Reminders app as basically a database, and has loads of customization options (including a theme maker and the ability to make smart lists and quick actions.) It’s fast and syncs reliably because it uses Reminders. I believe pretty much any person who can use Whatsapp on their smartphone will be able to use Todoist which is probably one of its greatest strengths. At the end of the day, a program can be great, but if it is not used by some (or most) of the key coworkers because it is too complicated - than implementing such tool would be waste of time and money. Todoist looks good, it is cross platform, priced right and best of all it is a very powerful yet not a confusing tool - something that is mostly appreciated by the team members. This is one of the apps which does not make life harder, but rather helps keeping track of the progress, setting and following goals. It is pretty much just as easy to use and thanks to nested shared lists and various both advance and simple to manage features - helps me to really stay on top of the projects.
